Pat is exceptionally capable, and does great work. His price was about half that of another repair shop. He is a one man shop and quite busy, so be prepared to wait. He is very good at promptly returning phone calls, emails or texts.

The service provided was great ! I learned a lot about Grandfather clocks.

It is still off by 10 minutes when it chimes.

We just moved into a new home and we carefully packed the weights and the pendulum. But when we put it back together in the new house the clock did not work. My husband found Patrick and then I looked to see if he was on Angies list. Which he was and has a great rating. We called and left a voice mail. He called us back the day after. We set up an appointment and he said he would call prior to coming out which he did. Patrick was on time and very professional. He answered all of our questions. Patrick did a great job and I would hire him again. Clock(s) are working great now.

I called Pat to see if he could fix my grandfather clock. It is quite old (vintage 1914 probably, no later than 1933 certainly based on the history of the company that made it. The clock had not run in about 10 years -- since a weight broke free. Pat told me he charged $265 for a house call and came out within several days. He determined he could fix the clock, took it apart,cleaned and oiled the mechanism, adjusted the chimes, restrung the weights, adjusted the time keeping mechanism. Before he left we were hearing the beautiful chimes that had been silent for 10 years. He charged me for his service call and a key that replaced one I had lost. His service was worth much more than the charge. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Pat, the owner and was very responsive and called just before his expected arrival time to confirm the appointment. He was protective of my property and used work towels to cover my table. He seemed knowledgeable of his business and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I am more than satisfied with the service he performed and would not hesitate to call on him again or recommend him others in need of clock repair.

I had been told by another company that I needed to trash my clock because it was 20 years old and wasn't any good, but this clock company was so great with the repair. Patrick came to my home and worked about 2 and half hours. He didn't overcharge me and he was a wonderful to be around.
