It could not have gone any better. The machine was ready in 3 days and better than new. I was gong to a quilting class and brought my patter with me. The staff explained how to match fabrics, what works best, what does not...literally walked me thru the whole thing. Then they helped my chose material--(-I had no clue). I need two special attachments for my machine that I could not find anyplace...even on line...They took care of me. One they had the other they ordered. They had everything I needed right there and took the time to walk me thru all the options. I have been back often and will continue to go back and recommend them to everyone. They take care of of and they care about you---it shows too! Blessing's to them...

My machine was breaking the thread and bunching up the bobbin thread. The people at Austin Sewing Machine said it was probably a timingissue. This was confirmed and adjusted by the technician; and mymachine was also cleaned and oiled and the needle bar was alsoadjusted. I used the machine last night on a quilt and the bobbinthread still bunched twice, but the rest of the job was finished with noproblems. It glided over varying numbers of layers of fabric with noproblem. So far I'm satisfied. Since my machine is 50+ years old, Idon't expect it to be as good as new, but it's close.

They did a really good job. When he was done it just hummed. It did everything right again. They came in with an estimate and time frame. They met it well. They are friendly and it is a pleasant shop to be in. I love the store it is a great location. The price and quality was very good.
