"You were quoted $75.00 for 4 cleans that covered ONLY the following areas: Kitchen, Living room, All bathrooms,Entry way. You were charged additional fees subtracted from the 300.00 when you failed to notify us about signing the contract, which was left at your home within the 3 days our policy CLEARLY states. Your bill is as follows: Credit for cleaning conducted 12-6-06 $75.00 (above areas only) Additional living room/office/loft $80.00. Additional dusting (heavy) blinds,etc $50.00. Additional efforts on Master bath $35.00. (At mother-in-law's request) Vacuuming of staircase $20.00. Re-mop in kitchen after child $10.00 Total Due $270.00. Amount Paid: $300.00. Amount Due:$30.00+ to client. Client failed to return or contact us with regard to contract. Rate therefore changes to follow our company policy. 1. His "grading" a F for us under: Responsiveness is false. 2. His grading a F for our company under: Punctuality again is false as we were not scheduled to arrive until after 1pm and were able to actually show up sooner than scheduled. We arrived at 11:45 am after contacting the client and making sure it was okay to arrive earlier, he was happy that we were able to appear sooner. 3. His grade for professionalism is also false as we have been very professional. We have tried to reason with the client but continues to harass our company and staff."
