They did the original work and we continued to have leaks in several places. They were very willing to work with us until all the leaks were corrected. Took a while but they came through!

Everything went in an orderly, professional fashion. The only reason I gave them a C for punctuality is when they were coming out to give us an estimate, they called to tell us they would be late - same thing on the day they started the job - but, at least, they called with very good reasons, which is better than most.

When another contractor still didn't show after ten days, saw an Artisan truck at the gas station, called the number, and a rep was on my roof within two hours checking it out. Suggested I had lots of hail damage. Called my insurance, they came out, Artisan's guy wanted to be there too, they talked roofs, I had an insurance check an hour and a half later, and the roof was repaired, re-shingled less than 48 hours later! Done same day. Real good service.

He was great to work with. He always responded to our phone calls promptly. I do have to say that normally they are able to get all the work I need done in just one day. I am very satisfied with his work.
