On the first visit Sean found that our water pressure regulator needed to be replaced and this would affect how our irrigation functioned. We have had low water pressure for several years and the previous irrigation company we used never mentioned this could be an issue. Sean returned after we had the regulator replaced. (This made a noticeable difference in water pressure in the house.) Sean completed the inspection and made a couple of repairs. Our previous estimate from a different company was over $1000. American Irrigation charged a little over $300 and that includes 2 future maintenance inspections.

I signed up for a bi-annual maintenance contract with them to check out the system. They were honest, quick, and did not mess around. They did a great job. They got all the repairs done in about 45 minutes to one hour.
