I called and spoke to one of the owners by phone and got a quote and an appointment easily. The technician called before he came and was prompt and curteous. He explained the process and possible problems for cleaning the upholstery, since were to be cleaned without water. The results were very good. Only problem was that the furniture took an awfully long time to dry. The weather was wet outside, which contributed to the slow-drying, but it still took all of two days for the upholstered furniture to dry completely. I'm happy with the results, especially for one very very dirty chair that looks like new now. I wish the service were not so expensive, though!

Excellent! Jason did a great job. He was there exactly on time, measured the carpet space I needed cleaned and gave me an exact price amount before he started. He was able to get some tape adhesive out of my carpet that had been there for a year because I was unable to get it out. The carpet looked like new when he finished and was dry in 2 hours.

I can't recommend American Chem-Dry enough!! They did an EXCELLENT job and saved us. We had all the carpet in the house steam cleaned by another company. However, after they were done, several areas were still dirty and even looked worse than before AND the carpet was wet for at least 2 days! The steam carpet cleaning company we used said that they couldn't do any better and that the high traffic areas, which looked the worst, was due to the age of the carpet. Since our carpet is old and since they said that was the best they could do, I let it go. But later thought that Chem-Dry might be able to do better so I gave it a shot & called them. They came out THAT day and said that they would look it over and let me know if they could do better. Well they did A LOT better - the hallway and other areas looked new! I am sold on Chem-Dry as opposed to steam cleaning. And the carpet that American Chem-Dry cleaned was wet for only about 3 hours. Jason was the guy who did it and he was very professional, nice, on time - all around fantastic! I would highly recommend them and will ONLY use them next time. They are more expensive, but it's worth it.

The experience was right on time ... we manage a rental house, tenants moved out and the carpets were in need of accessing stains, animal urine?, mildew etc
First off, the owner was very informative and gave a detailed explanation of "chem dry". American Chem Dry is listed on Angie's List but didn't offer a discount however, when mentioned being an Angie's list customer she not only accommodated my request but also noted a "landlord discount".
The technician was on time, very professional and didn't do any work until walking thru the process and accessing the needs mentioned prior to cleaning.
The cleaning was done in a timely manner, the chem dry process also dried very quickly (about 2 hrs for 534 sq feet).
Lastly, we received a "thank you" note from the owner! That sealed the deal for future business w/American Chem Dry. :)

The rep showed up on time. Checked out the area and wrote up an estimate. He pre-vacuumed the areas, removed all spots and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. We were very pleased with how great the carpet looked afterwards and will definitely use American Chem-Dry next time we need rugs cleaned.

We had our upstairs living area, 2 hallways and 13 stairs cleaned by American Chem Dry. The technician was very professional and explained the entire Schmidt process - how and why it works. He then made very accurate measurements of the floor as it has some angles and tiled areas. He subtracted the non carpeted areas from the total and got less square footage than we had measured so he saved us some money right up front. He fully explained the proposal and then got to work.First, he thoughly vacuumed the carpet and then sprayed the mixed solution (Cleaner and anti-Bacterial) then used a buffer machine with clean pads to work/clean the fibers. The whole operation was quickly done and included moving a heavy sofa and coffee table to gain access to those areas. The entire cleaned area was dry in about 2 hours - which was much faster than the last time we had the carpet steam cleaned. That time took more a full day to get completely dry. Friends have already seen and commented on how good the carpet came out. We strongly recommend American Chem Dry to anyone who wants a good carpet cleaning job done for reasonable price by someone who knows what he is doing.

- My wife obtained the appointment was easy to get scheduled and they arrived at the appropriate time . They estimated the cost prior to the job being done, which was ok'd, but my wife did remark to the worker that we had previously had our whole house cleaned for that amount in Idaho. The job was done, and the carpets looked great. I have had another company do my carpets in a house three times that size since then at a much more reasonable price, and will continue to use this company instead of Chem Dry.

"Please note that the cleaning itself was only $169.50. They chose to add protectant to the cleaning which is an additional fee, for a total of $226.00. The total amount listed of $244.65 includes the state sales tax which we are required to charge. We do charge a little more than your average carpet cleaner; however, we personally feel that the superior carpet cleaning that American Chem-Dry offers is worth a little more, as you can see by our other reviews. We do appreciate your business."

They were very efficient and did an excellent job. They were gone in about an hour and a half and my carpets looked terrific. The process they used cleaned beautifully, and dried much more quickly than other types of processes..

What I like about them is that it only takes two hours to dry. I liked that very much. That was one of the reasons I chose them. I'm glad I did. They were pricey. I know I could've gotten a much better price. I had my carpets cleaned by one of those franchises, and I was horribly disappointed. I am leery of the franchise. I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. They came when they were supposed to. I was pretty much satisfied.

Couldn't be better! Carpeting was well past due for cleaning with considerable accumulation of spots and stains including spilled coffee, tea, wine, pet stains, garden dirt, and "unknowns". I was greatly pleased that every problem spot has been completely removed when the work was finished. As expected with the chem-dry cleaning method, the carpet was surface dry within a couple of hours even though it was a cool, damp, cloudy day. The entire carpet seemed completely dry by evening the following warm day with AC and ceiling fans on. Highly recommend these folks.

Two men arrived at the expected time. First they measured what I was having cleaned. I did not move the big furniture out of three bedrooms and study. I only moved small things the night before, so they cleaned around the big furniture. They presented an itemized bid with square feet for each room and three closets . After they measured, and after I accepted the bid, they began the cleaning. I paid them after they completed the job.
Other companies advertize cheaper rates, but my experience with Chem-Dry has been excellent, so the cost is worth my satisfaction. I especially like that the carpets feel only damp when they leave and feel nearly dry by the evening. They also promote eco-friendly products.

The young man that came, Ben Durkop, was really wonderful to work with and did a great job. All of the stains were taken out really well and the work looked great. He also worked really hard and scrubbed places to remove the stains. He was very friendly and nice to work with. He really conveyed his intent to provide excellent service and he did. I feel I really got my moneys worth and I'll use them again and again!

We've been using American Chem Dry for years and have always had great success with them. Their process is low on chemicals (they use carbonation to bring the dirt to the surface), and it doesn't leave your carpets soaking wet. They are professional and do good work.
