They have done a lot of stuff. I would use them again.

It went very poorly overall. They initially worked when scheduled but trying to get them out to complete the job was almost impossible. We tried to contact them for over a month - repeated phone calls, faxes, emails, even a registered letter that they never picked up from the post office. Finally we complained to Servicemaster.com and got a response. They argued with us for several months about two trees they installed in lieu of other plants in the contract and then decided we should pay for. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and although they finally returned they did not get rid of the nutsedge completely - which was one of our initial consultation issues. They never gave us the requested / advertised care and warranty info and it turns out that many of the plants they recommended are neither low maintenance or deer resistant. Like trees that grow to 25 feet tall under the eave of the house and 11 acid loving shrubs not suited to central TX...

"Not quite sure of the details of the complaint. as owner of the company, I was never contacted, This project occurred in 2006. The project manager in charge is no longer with AA. Cannot confirm nor deny customer issues"
