Alpha Roofing, (Peter and Ryan) were very professional and honest about the entire process. Peter recommended that I get my facia repairs and painting completed prior to him installing the new drip edge to ensure it was a smooth order of operation. During the removal, any additional decking that needed replacing was done without question or negotiation. The crew was professional, timely and thorough during their execution. Ryan, the production manager, checked with me throughout the process, explaining each step from start to finish. Ryan wanted me to understand, witness and approve any deviations found along the way. I appreciated the transparent and honest communication ensuring we restored my home to its original condition. Thank You Alpha Roofing for a job well done! They are the Best!

Alpha had the lowest of 3 estimates I got before hand. I had wind and hail damage and my roof was 18 years old so it needed to be replaced. They did the entire job in half a day, cleaned up thoroughly after and did a great job. They were very respectful of my property and I was very pleased with them.

I whole heartedly recommend Alpha Roofing. I found them through my neighborhood social media site (NEXTDOOR). Neighbors had raved about them and I decided to give them a try. They have recently installed a roof on my property in May 2017 and so far there have been no issues. These are the main reasons why this company is worth some serious consideration. 1. They are very pleasant on the phone. The estimate appointment was easy to set up. The communication between us was excellent. 2. The estimator was extremely clear, polite and helpful in helping me understand the choices available to me. 3. The estimator found a mistake in the estimation of the size of my roof. He readily noticed the roof on my house was smaller than the satellite measurements obtained. He volunteered this information and proceeded to climb the roof and measure the roof himself. He was honest about the mistake and corrected it even if I was not aware of the original miscalculation. 4. When asked, they quickly matched a competitor’s price and even included some upgraded materials. 5. The business office was timely and clear in the communications with me as well. 5. The scheduler was very pleasant, clear and flexible in helping me set a date for the job. 6. The installation crew was organized and left the property cleaner than how they found it. It is easy to communicate with this company and Ryan Anderson, James Ockleberry and Peter Brady and the rest of the crew run a reliable, honest and hardworking operation. Again, I am endorsing this company without reservations.

After suffering wind damage to our roof, I placed a call to see about a roofing estimate. I received a return call within 15 minutes from Michael. No other company I contacted had time to even talk with me. Michael came out the next day to meet with us and discuss our needs. We hired the company on the spot! We chose a metal roof and are extremely happy with the results. I recommend them to anyone.

We had some miscommunications that got worked out in a fair manner and some in a not as fair manner. That being said Peter always tried to make sure it was fair. The biggest issue being the roof installer (a sub for Alpha named Vlad) didn't want to install the roof on top of the current decking (after of course we agreed on a price that did not include decking). He said the screws wouldn't hold because the decking was in very bad shape. The decking was in bad shape in a few places, maybe about 64 sq ft. out of 2500 sqft. I asked him to prove the screws wouldn’t hold and everywhere he stuck a screw it held. Didn't matter to him. He wanted another $4000 to deck the entire house or he wouldn't warranty the roof.

Peter was great to work with. I am a landlord and don't live in Texas. He coordinated with my property manager to inspect my house and then gave me a prompt estimate (which was even better than my insurance company stated). They do have a credit card fee. I spoke to Peter and he said it was no problem to pay by check. I didn't need to pay until the work was done and I was satisfied. They repaired the roof on time, and sent pictures to my manager who forwarded it me so I could see the result. Then I mailed in the check. So easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Easy and stress free. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and professional. The crew cleaned up very well afterwards.

Alpha Roofing is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with.  I had never filed a homeowner's claim before and they assured me they would be there with me throughout the entire process.  And they were.  I had several roofing contractors to choose from but none exhibited the customer service I experienced with Alpha Roofing.  Customer Service is becoming a lost art and is extremely satisfying to know that it is Alpha Roofing's number one priority.  Also, they kept all their promises and did a great job!

A friend of mine recommended Alpha Roofing to me after I had a bad experience with the company my insurance company recommended.  It wasn't a terrible experience with this other company, it just wasn't good enough from the beginning... I am big on customer service.
Peter from Alpha Roofing was awesome from the beginning.  Customer service is an A+.  He always returned my calls, always checked up on me to make sure that the work was being done accordingly through his subcontractor for metal & made sure anything that I wasn't happy with was fixed.  Though it seemed to take forever to get the job done- I had to wait on other jobs to finish & the weather to cooperate.
I would happily recommend Alpha Roofing & Peter to anyone! 

Personnel were very responsive to my request for service. Good communication throughout process to keep me informed of status. Work was performed quickly and efficiently.

The estimator under sized our roof due mainly to our slope 9/12.... They honored the quote and met our needed timeline due to inspections scheduled. The entire experience was excellent from sales, project manager to installers.

Great company!
I called, originally, because on the new Google Maps photo, it looked as though some shingles had blown off of my roof in two places.  Peter went out to check, and while there wasn't any damage, he did recommend some maintenance items from normal wear and tear/weather degradation which would help to keep the roof in good shape.  
It's great to have this out of the way before winter gets here, and it's great to know of a company so professional and easy to work with.
I will definitely call them again for any roofing needs.
