Extremely well. Adrian, the business owner, ran a very efficient and well executed project, thanks in great part to his construction team. All involved were very good at their professions, friendly and punctual. At the end of the project they did a very thorough job of cleaning up the construction site. The project was completed in a timely manner with no glitches.

Joe is a very personable, capable professional.  He went with us to pick the stone and followed our layout design perfectly including PVC pipes for the water feature pump and landscape lighting. Very pleased with the results.

After closing on our brand new home we decided to add in a rock fireplace that the builders model house had. Adrian the owner came out and met me to view my house and the model house to get the design. Within a few days we received a cost proposal that was extremely fair. Once we decided to move forward with the project (after closing on the house) he sent his mason crew out to deliver the Rock and supplies and they started working that same day. Within 3 days the Rockwell fireplace was completed. Adrian came by everyday to check on the work and crew. The mason is extremely creative and talented! After the mason was done, the clean up crew came in, cleaned up the remaining rock, finished removing my carpet that I am having replaced with wood. And they touched up the paint.

Adrian is a great communicator. He was punctual, dependable, and gave status updates when I was out of town during part of the construction. He was straightforward and accurate about the timeline of the project from start to finish. His workers were polite and efficient. They were also very respectful of my property and cleaned everything up at the completion of the project. AHS Construction did an excellent job! I love my new patio and I'm so glad I found such a great company to work with. They truly exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to friends/family and will not hesitate to use them again.

ON TIME AND TIMELY

No problems at all. Excellent skilled crew. Everyone, owner Adrian and crew alike, was there when they said they would be and gone when expected. Everyone involved with this job was friendly and professional. Adrian arrived to meet with us on a timely fashion. He came up with a design for a deck cover that was perfect based on what we told him we wanted. The quote was very reasonable based on the work and materials required. The job was actually completed a day early. The quality of the work is of the highest standard and daily clean up was terrific. I don't want to sound like I am sugar coating this review, but I will recommend Adrian and company whenever I can.

Adrian and his team are top notch!!! I got three bids total when starting this project, all three I vetted on Angie's List and BB. Not only was Adrian's quote the best priced but it was also the best craftsmanship.
Adrian stands by his work and his team, so much so that he doesn't charge until after the work is complete. The crew was professional and nice and always on time. The timeline proposed was accurate, all inspections were to standard, and Adrian kept me very informed on the progress.
I am what one would say a rather picky customer, but Adrian never really gave me cause to become a pain as he communicated from the get go. We had them do some stonework on the base of our posts and my spouse who is twice as picky as me didn't like the layout of the second post, I told Adrian and the next day it was "perfect." Note- it was great to begin with but we are quite literally extremely picky.
I enjoyed working with Adrian and AHS Construction so much that I am about to work with them again to demo and relay tile in my kitchen.
I recommend this company to everyone and wish more companies would take the customer-centric approach~!

We obtained approval from HOA in two weeks based on the AHS Construction detailed bid proposal for the project. AHS secured the
city of Round Rock construction permits and materials.  Construction began, as promised, within a few days of permitting.  Crews showed up when they were supposed to and in the time sequence that kept the project flowing without wasted time or overlap of
crews.  Due to heavy rain and storms the new guttering, very last work, was delayed,  but the delay was perfectly acceptable.
Repair of a leak in the roof was discovered during the afore mentioned heavy rains and was not part of the original project.  The roofer found the leak, replaced the soft decking , installed two new roof turtle vents, and shingles, all in an afternoon.
We are very pleased with this contractor and do highly recommend him for any home project you may have.

Adrian and his crew were fast (got the job done in 2 days!), polite and professional.  They demolished the old deck in no time!  I was impressed with Adrian's knowledge of deck construction and material types for this area of Texas.  He came up with a plan for a new deck, and the finished product is beautiful. I'll be hiring him to stain it in the spring.  Highly recommended!  he also spread and leveled my crushed granite patio.  Great job!

We wanted to get some wood floors installed, had the wood on order, the flooring company bid out what it would take to get all the work done.  In an effort to save some cost we decided to do the demo ourselves, and removed baseboards, old laminate, and tile.  We figured if we were going to get rid of the tile we may as well do it correctly and demoed our tile fireplace.  Saved the hardest project for last, the tile floor, this is where we ran into issues.  When we removed the tile, there was what appeared to be loose dirt underneath.  The wood arrived the next day, and the flooring company told me they could not install over dirt and didn?t know anyone who could help us.  We were stuck. 
I called about 14 separate companies looking for help with this DIY demo project gone awry.  I tried concrete / patio / cement (is there a difference?) and even started calling handymen.  Only three called me back, Adrian from AHS and Ed from another company came out to look at it.  My project is done; I have yet to receive a promised bid from Ed. 
Adrian from AHS explained to us what was going on with our floor; he had a bid to us next day not only to fix the ?dirt? floor, but included separate bids for wood flooring installation and fireplace re-tiling.  Just in case we needed help there too.  We called him a few hours after receiving the bid, to tell him he had the job(s).  His crew was out the next morning.The flooring and tiling crew was ran by Rudy, you hear the saying if you are going to do something, do it right.  Rudy lives by those words.  The floor and tile work are flawless, the man is a perfectionist.  It?s crazy, I don?t see how he gets stuff done, and I was astounded by his work ethic.  He treated my house like it belonged to a cherished family member.  Adrian is awesome too, he checked in morning, noon, and night.  He communicated constantly with us about how it was going what was happening next etc.  He ran for supplies when needed to keep the crew going and was doing this with three other jobs going at the same time.  The man must not get much sleep.  I don?t know about the rest of you but it?s rare to find good customer service in this day and age.  Adrian is old school when it comes to customer service, he does it right.  We are extremely happy with the results, I plan to save up some money and have him out again for the next project.

Adrain and his crew were great.  They showed up when they said they would.  Did the job as stated and cleaned up after they were done.

The cost rose substanically due to add ons by my mother.

I contacted 2 contractors to take bids for the job. One was Home Sweet Home Construction and the other was AHS. Both were very prompt in replying to the initial request for an estimate, and both seemed very polite, professional and capable. It was a tough decision that came down to scheduling. Adrian from AHS was able to get the work started and completed sooner. Both bids were competitive on price. I felt like I could not have gone wrong with either, and the scheduling difference would have been only about a week. It was just that close of a decision. 
On to the customer experience with AHS. Adrian remained prompt and responsive throughout. He kept me informed at every step about what was happening, what would happen next, and made sure to check back with me several times to ensure there were no problems during the process. There were absolutely none. The work was done on time. The mess was cleaned up. The guys on the different crews at all stages were polite and hardworking. Their pride in their work shown through at every step. The patio looks outstanding, and it's truly the best part of our home. I am confident I will see at least a dollar for dollar return on investment. My wife and I could not be happier with the work, and everyone who sees it for the first time is impressed. Even my cousin who's done this kind of work in his younger days and is very particular said the level of craftsmanship was in line or exceeding the price of the work. Would I recommend AHS to anyone? Heck, yes I would! These guys are top notch, and we are thrilled with the outcome. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. 

I commend AHS for performing the work for me.  In relative terms it was a small job but the owner of AHS sqeezed it in between his many other jobs.  I had the benefit of meeting the owner as he came on site while the work was being performed.      I would 100% use this company again for any construction work that I need done.

Adrian Zuniga  quickly responded to our request for an estimate and was professional and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done.   after we agreed to a plan, he started within 10 days and completed the entire project very quickly.  We had expected it would take twice as long to finish.   There was no waiting for people to show up, or down days while they worked on other projects.  All the workers were respectful, polite and very good at their job.  Everyday the work site was left cleaned up.  After the job was finished there was very little sign of construction debris in the yard. 
The end result is lovely, and exactly what we had in mind.  No sign that the property has been added onto, everything blended seamlessly.   AHS provided Concrete foundation, flooring, driveway and sidewalk, tear out and framing, exterior stone, roofing, sheet rock and paint all with excellent results. 
Adrian was on the job site regularly and kept us informed of progress and expectations.  He was easily accessible with any questions or concerns that arose during the project.

Adrian came out and discussed everything we wanted done and provided options, then got back to us with a quote within 2 days. We had a 2-level wooden deck/porch across the back of our house, with 2 separate sloped roofs that came down pretty low in the front.  We'd had some termite activity in the decking boards and the roof was not built very well, so wanted to replace the 2 level wood patio with a single level concrete porch, with a new higher roof of better quality. The crew had the entire structure removed in 2 days, the new concrete poured the next day, including a wide step coming off our back door, and the new cover, complete with shingles, built by the end of the week.  This included removing the old eaves/soffits and adding a foot of matching siding, installing wiring and switches for ceiling fans/lights, doing ventwork, laying a water drip line, and painting everything.  The crew showed up by 8 am each day, and was usually there until dark.  They cleaned up after themselves each day.  Whenever I had questions, Adrian addressed them quickly.  Since we wanted to paint the trim on the new addtion a different color, Adrian gave me a quote to paint the trim on the entire house and garage, and had it done in 2 days.  He recommended a vendor for our new french door and met me there to help me pick one out.  They installed the door handle / deadbolt, went out of his way to find new stained wooden trim, and painted the door inside and out to our specification. After seeing how nice our new back covered patio was, we decided to replace the wimpy 4x4 posts on our front patio cover with the same 6x6 posts as on the back, so he did that and had them painted as well.  And when I realized that we also needed a doggy door made to replace the one in our old sliding door, he did that for a nominal charge. The crew was very respectful of our property, and even showed up on a Sunday morning to rake up construction debris that it was too dark to see the night before. The only delay was due to the door not arriving as planned, which Adrian had no control over, and he worked with our schedules to get everything finished in as short a time as possible,  And he does not expect payment up front, but breaks it up into stages throughout the process (pay for work completed). We will definitely hire him for any future home improvement / construction work we decide to do.

We were wanting a new patio cover and researched on the internet for possible builders. Came across AHS Construction  and viewed photo gallery of previous job construction on patios. Contacted AHS Construction and Adrian Zuniga  came out and took measurements and gave us an estimate about a week later. Adrian was very knowlegeable and even made recommendations to save us money.  We decided to contract with  AHS Construction to tear down the old patio and rebuild our new patio cover. Adrian's crew was very professional and did not waste any time. They had the old cover down and completely removed in a day or two. They began the new constuction the next day. The job was done in a little over a week. My wife and I are very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend anyone looking to add a patio cover or replace an eye sore, like ours was to Adrian at AHS Construction.  John and Cindy West

Matt is very easy to work with and very responsive. He kept to his estimate and gave me all the receipts for goods purchased. Matt and his crew are very professional, hard workers and this company is very ethical. The quality of work is excellent.  I would definitely use them again.
