I would have given him major kudos if he would have finished the job. He left work for me and not even the materials to do it. I have to sand down this white lump for repair on wall and the paint color was the wrong color that he left.

Mike Falks did an excellent job in repairing and putting back in place a long fascia board that had come loose and dropped down several inches (still not sure how that occurred). He was very professional and courteous. Mike described what he would do and then did an excellent repair job including using twist screws and caulked over the screw heads and the end as it attached to the side of the house. I would hire Mke again for my repair jobs. Thanks Mike!!!!!

Mike showed up thinking he had made an appointment with me. He had not, but I was at home and available. I hired him to replace three bathroom light fixtures, repair a sink, and repair a toilet. He said the toilet needed more parts than what I originally was told, so he charged more to go get parts at Home Depot. The toilet was not repaired correctly, and when I called Mike to let him know, he acted like the problem wasn't repairable. He grudgingly offered to "stop by to take a look" at the toilet tomorrow, but I do not feel confident that he will come at all. Also, his initial estimate of $150 turned into $225.
