I paid $79 for a call out fee. The electrician called and told me that "yeah there is a problem". He then told me two circuits had issues and that it would be $350 (approximately) for each circuit diagnosis, $700. He starts telling me that they charge by the job and not by the hour. This company has not address posted so I think it is just a one man operation. House wiring is not that complicated and this is a newer house that has been fine for years. I think it has a bad or loose ground because the wiring works intermittently. Regardless most people should be able to narrow down the problem which is probably related within a couple of hours, paying 7-9 hours of labor up front seems ridiculous. I would have been happy to pay a fair price for fair work. However, like most people I see no value in charging for something that you have not done. The kicker is that when he called my wife to collect payment he started complaining about me that I was opinionated and disagreeable.

They were on time and did good work. I have also used them for landscaping.

I am selling my home and I rather suddenly after seven years I have a problem with my smoke dectectors the fire alarm would go off but only at night between the hours of 7-10pm. Because I am trying to be a good seller I wanted help with that situation. When they came out they wanted a minimum charge of over a thousand dollars to replace every smoke dector in the house and guarantee them for a a entire year. After I expressed the price was to high for my liking.

I felt that the service man who came out was not sympathetic to the customer being me. I found him to be rude towards me. I felt like he treated me like I was not smart enough as a women to know the difference of the price of what a issue like this might cost. I honestly felt as if he was unable to work with me on price and did not care to do so. For all the years I lived in my home and had many contractors come in and out of my home I have been least satisfied with the customer service they have provided me.

They did fine work and it was good. They did it to spec and everything works so we couldn't get better unless he gave us chocolates, which he didn't. They were very timely. They were here when we requested and did the work that we requested. They did it great and we have no complaints. The price was a little high. We?ve used them twice.

I felt their charge was high, but they did a fantastic job. They were thorough and explained everything.

They showed up on time and finished the work in a timely manner. I felt like they were a little expensive but overall they did a very good job with the work.
