Very helpful, courteous office and on-site staff. Installer arrived on time, diagnosed problem with existing unit. He installed a new unit for us - our choice, he would have repaired the old one. Reviewed operating procedure for new unit. Left work space clean and tidy. We used Aaction OHD at our previous property, which is why we called them again. All work they have done for us over the years would be "A" rated.

Tim was wonderful. He fixed all kinds of things and let me know what I can expect in the future. He did not try to sell me anything before or after his work. I won't hesitate to call him in the future or recommend him to others.

Bought a new garage door opener at Home Depot, who arranged for Aaction Overhead Doors to come out and install it. Tim was actually a little early (he called beforehand to verify), and had the work done very quickly. He was friendly and professional and explained the basic features of the device, including programming the code for the external keypad. They even hauled the old garage door opener away with them. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done.

One of the springs that help lift my garage door broke. AAaction had been the ones to install the springs about 4 years ago, and the springs were sold to me as having a 10 year warranty (both verbally by the representative, and in writing on the invoice.) When we first called to have them come out, we were told that springs had a 1-year warranty. When we were able to produce the original invoice, they agreed to replace. We also had them do a couple of other items while they were here. Other than the issue with the warranty, all of the work was done in a fine manner and we were happy with it.

I bought a garage door opener from Home Depot. They had no problem installing it for me. They did a great job. They replaced the old cheap rollers with new ones. Wow what a big difference. They also replaced the tiny support bracket the unit came with with a bigger one. I have had no problems and will be calling them when a service is due.

Excellent. Technician Brent isolated the problem to the motor control circuit board, which matched my owner testing efforts. Parts and parts install costs exceeded a complete unit replacement and so new motor, controller, track assembly was selected and replaced. Brent discussed details and answered all my questions, and also offered tips and advice on related door etc. Work was completed in an obviously professional manner in about 3 hours time. The new rollers were quite an improvement from much noise caused by the old rollers. New motor and control worked as expected and have been smooth and quiet for several months. I can recommend this company ! Note: part of the replacement cost was covered by my home warranty maintenance plan.

Aaction showed up when they said they would and completed work the same day. They had to come out twice, once to install the doors and once to install the openers. A center hinge was not installed properly on the door, but they fixed it when they came out to install the openers. They did a nice job and were very pleasant and straightforward to deal with. Of everyone I spoke to about garage doors, Aaction seemed the most knowledgeable, and they did a great job on the install. Thanks!

These guys know what they are talking about. They are willing to give you experienced, knowledgeable advice, and are very easy to work with. They do what they say they'll do, and they stand behind their work. Initially, one hinge was not bolted to the door, but quickly resolved the mistake. Their pricing is also competitive. I highly recommend Aaction.
