This was our second treatment with A Killer Instinct. We originally had a roach problem due to some water damage under the kitchen sink. after trying to take care of it ourselves we had Todd with A Killer Instinct come out and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. He was thorough and educational and gave some great advice about potential problem areas we had around our home. We had him come back three months later and we have been very pleased with a significant reduction in unwanted pests both inside and outside our home. We have two dogs and really like that he does not use dangerous chemicals that could be hazardous to them.
