For a faster response, please contact us directly. We are locally owned and operated. We moved from our original location in Sugar Land after 20 years. Our new south location is located at 2511 Mckeever Rd Rosharon Tx 77583 near Sienna and our north location is located at 6739 Theall Rd Houston Tx. Our goal is to give you the best customer service experience. We install and repair sprinkler systems, drainage and landscape lighting. We also do drainage cleaning with high powered hydro jet and have camera's to do it right. We will develop and train each employee to fulfill our mission. Have used Southwest Irrigation for many years and am extremely happy with their service to me. The techs are amazingly good, knowledgeable and will make sure they get an answer to your issues. I love their annual maintenance plan also. Wouldn't be without it.

They previously installed a freeze protector on sprinkler system. This record breaking freeze was coming and I called ahead to ask if needed to do any thing to system. I was told to drain system as normal and there is a video on line how to do it. I drained it and wrapped all the pvc and brass pieces. After freeze it had a crack. I called for them to come inspect. They said the system was drained and there for caused it to crack. They wanted $567 to fix what they told me to drain. First off I paid for a freeze protector previously. They tell me it should probably be drained due to the extreme freeze and they want to charge a ridiculous price because I drained it. I was then charged $88 for a service call.

The install went well, but I had asked for a map of where the sprinklers were installed and they told me they would get one to me, but never did.

Was early( which was better) worked hard with no breaks. Thought he did a really good job at a fair price. The whole system was a mess. He fixed the leaks got zones covering the entire yard... I was really happy with the job

Responded on site within a couple of hours in spite of heavy demand following the extreme temps. Valve replaced and system restored same day. Freeze protection added.

Brad and his men were so professional! They came exactly at the correct time and called in advance. They re-did a sprinkler system that had been improperly installed. They did a great job in a timely and efficient manner. I will certainly be using them again and would highly recommend them to others!

OK except for an unexpected sewer line was discovered. SWIS installed a drain box without telling us about it beforehand. This turned out to be OK in the end, but could've been a problem. Their client communication isn't good.

"Thanks for the review. We investigated the existing drain line under the patio before capping it and had move old galvanized pipe that was blocking exit of new drain pipe. We wanted to make sure new system was done correctly so we had to come back with camera to view old pipe to see if it was a sewer line. We temporarily installed catch basin in so drainage system funtion till we had resolved. We also were waiting for electric eel camera to get back from repair. The communication with customer should have been faster from our office. The camera was delayed several days. We came back and finished job as per original design."
