Be careful about their quote, they charge additional $88, plus what ever the cost of their work. No worth it and very expensive comparing with the other company. Never hire them again

I have used this company to maintain the sprinkler system since it was installed in 2005. The system has required very little service. Recently I did major landscaping and called SWIS to reline the sprinkler heads. The quality of the work is excellent. The technician takes time to answer my questions.

I went with the yearly service and have been very pleased with the technicians and the service. They helped me with setting the controller and fixed several leaks. They spent a lot of time working to make sure all my equipment was working correctly. The technicians were polite and friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.

They came out within a few hours of my phone call, gave me a GREAT quote on the spot, and did the complete job the next day!!! Plus, our neighbor was so impressed that when they were finished, he had them trim his trees the same day! Great job for both of us!!!

They are very customer focus from the first call for a quote to installing a new sprinkler system. When Peter came out he listen to what our needs were. He walked to yard with us to tell and show what he was planning to setup listening to our needs. They gave us a day and time when they would be at our house and they showed up on time. Peter and Will showed up and put flags on all the sprinklers heads and flag each of the heads as to what they were going to cover. That way when their crew showed up they knew actually what to do. They told us that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 days to do the install. Their crew was very professional and completed the job on time. We would definitely recommend Southwest Irrigation. If you are looking for a sprinkler system to be install. You have to give them a try. You won't go wrong.
