I contacted them and they got all my information and they said that they would get back with me and I never heard from them. They did give me a quote for a new switch for my system but their quote was higher than others I received.

The installation went well for the sprinkler system.  Mike was going to also install a water softener system and do some other plumbing work but he seemed to be having bad luck with everything and it was frustrating me so I told him to just stop the work and get my water back on and go. 
For sprinklers I think he is ok but I wouldn't get him to do other work again.  I hope that the sprinklers don't ever give me any trouble.  I would think twice before calling him back out again.  He seems to be always in a rush and it shows in how he does his business.

Customer service by the owner (Mike) and his mother was terrible. he has a very hurry-up attitude. Does not make the customer feel appreciated and does not take the time to answer questions. Mike was not accommodating to the working customer. Very hard to make weekend appointments. Both Mike and his mother (company's receptionist) had poor customer service in answering questions regarding the sprinkler system, parts/labor, and system management. Owners mother had a very condescending attitude and approach. In regards to problems after installment; the owner and his employee's were never on-time for the job. The gave a window and did not show-up. Had to call several times regarding appointments.  Mike always calls at 7am and does not greet the customer properly. Very rude.  Does not respond well to female customers. I had several questions/problems after installation and the questions/problems were only answered after a male friend called the company on my behalf.
