Very well.  Job was done well.

I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)

He's fantastic. He stayed in touch and helps me find other service providers for other needs, too. Everyone I know who has used him has recommended him to someone else.

It was great. I did nothing but give them my gate code. They met with the insurance adjuster, made all the arrangements. Had the old roof off and the new roof on and everything cleaned up in less than two days.

Brent came out after a hail storm and replaced our roof as well as most everyone on our street. Did a great job. Also replaced the molding around our windows.

I called Tradition to get an estimate to repair my damaged roof.  Brent Fuller the owner promptly returned my call and came by to look at my roof.  He showed me several areas of wind damage and agreed to give me a estimates to replace the roof on my house and out building. He indicated that I had wind damage and recommended that I contact my insurance company and agreed to meet with the adjuster. He and the adjuster inspected the roof and worked on the claim details, so I didn't even have to work with the insurance company  Within a week I received a report from the adjuster and a claim settlement from my insurance company.  I had previously received quotes from several other roofing companies and Tradition's quote was in line with the others.  Tradition's quote included premium materials, shingles hand nailed with 6 nails each, lead flashings, new ridge vents, proper starter shingles etc.  I also received a 7 year workmanship warranty and a lifetime shingle warranty.  They even installed a weathervane for me.

The project was scheduled within a week.  The impressive crew of 6 or 7 arrived as scheduled and completed the project in two days.  They were very meticulous in removing all of the debris from the old roof and in picking up the nails from around the house.  They also protected my pool, bushes, and plants from the debris and swept for nails with a magnetic broom at least five times. The men worked very hard, didn't spend time on cell phones, did not smoke on the premises and left everything very neat and tidy.  The workmanship on the roof is astounding.  After the crew was finished the foreman came back the next day and swept again for mails and picked up any remaining small pieces of debris.  Brent came by a day or two later with another man who went up and inspected the workmanship and completeness of the job while Brent again swept for nails.  The following week the insurance adjuster came by and did a final inspection and indicated that the job was complete and well done.

Communication with Brent via email and telephone through all of  was outstanding, quick responses to all my nit picking questions, and he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.   My expectations were fully met.

Tradition was great from start to finish. A fair price and worked hard to get it done quickly. Looks beautiful!

Brent, the owner came and gave us an estimate of work.  Very friendly, even recommended his maid, whom I am still using.  Job was done on time according to estimate and clean up was excellent.  Only found one stray nail.  Have already to neighbors who also like their service.

Brent met the insurance adjuster at our house and he took care of everything. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Tradition Roofing is fantastic!

Told us that it would take 2 days workers arrived on time both days.  Cleaned up all old shingles very professional.

I have a very nice 8 stall horse barn, fairly expensive and the roof needed replacing after 21 years. They replaced it and added ridge row venting, which the previous roof did not have.

I had my porch torn out restructured and finished top and bottom. They installed radiant barrier and replaced the shingles on my roof with an upgraded GAF high definition shingles. The job took over a week with the in-climate weather but they were very clean the whole duration of the job.
