I could not be more impressed. Eber, the young man who came out to my home to replace the windshield made sure I knew exactly when he was coming; communication was excellent. Eber was polite, professional, intelligent, and very personable. I was curious about the process, so I watched him replace the windsheld. He was skillful and careful and meticulous. The whole process took less than two hours, and I was left with a clean new windshield and no mess whatsoever. He even removed and replaced my inspection sticker. I hope I never have another broken windshield, but if I do, I would absolutely call Safelite and request Eber. The price was reasonable.

This was the first time I had a chip repair. My expectation was that it would be completely gone, he explained that it would still be there unless I had the entire windshield replaced. It's more to keep the crack from spreading. 

They called to confirm. They were punctual and professional. He did the work in a timely fashion. He actually killed a snake in my garage while he was working. I have never seen one prior or since. I don't know how it found its way in.. He took care of it. 

The price was very fair.

When our windshield on our minivan developed a crack, I was able to quickly get an appointment to fix it. They worked with our insurance so there was no out of pocket costs to us. Time allotted for the repair was very accurate. We were taken at our appointment time, so no wait there either. Very good job.

They came out and repaired the windshield. The tech was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Glass install was good, however, at end of service we discovered that third row seat was not working properly. It was clear that the panels to the gears had been removed and attempted to put back on. The installer said that he did not access the gears, and that he didn't even raise or lower the third row seat. I know this was a lie because there was broken glass everywhere and he had to have raised the seats to get the glass that was under it. Safélite did not take any responsibility for the broken seat, even after working through their customer care division. What started out as $400 repair cost us an additional $1600 to get third row seat repaired. Will NEVER use them again. Gave them a D rating and not an F because at least the glass repair was good.

The good thing about Safelite was that everyone I talked to was very friendly. But that is the only good thing I can say about them. That's why I did not give them an F. They were a complete waste of my time. 

After making three appointments and waiting each time for them to install glass at my house, I cancelled the order with no glass installed. The first time they came out to replace the windshield, they told me it could not be repaired and they would have to replace the glass. I already knew that and had expected them to replace my glass. I had to wait a week for them to get the glass. That time they did not show and I had stayed home waiting for them. When I called, they told me my appointment was for another day. The third time, they came to the house and sent the installer without the proper glass for my car. When I called to arrange another appointment, they told me I would have to wait eight more days for installation. The service rep confirmed that I had an appointment for the day they told me I did not. 

I could not rely on them. I was planning to cancel my auto insurance for a savings of $100 a month after I had the windshield installed. But Safelite dragged everything out so long that I had to keep the insurance for another month. I will never deal with them again.
