I needed to get a new roof because my existing roof was reaching 20 years, meaning less than favorable rates from homeowner's insurance providers. After soliciting bids (including some from roofers that wanted to try to defraud the insurance co!) I decided to go with Rick's Roofing and Restoration. Their quote included Certainteed Landmark composition shingles in "Weathered Wood" (Lifetime mfr warranty/5 yr labor warranty), 28 squares (2500 sqft two storey home), synthetic underlayment, WinterGuard waterproofing at valleys, ridge vents, 2x8 drip edge, cricket behind chimney, Damion and his crew arrived early and took advantage of good weather to complete the job in two full days and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. I am very happy with the results! I have since got a great rate from my new homeowner's insurance policy after providing them evidence of my new roof. Quality work by a good crew at a reasonable price! Highly recommended!
