- It took a month for them to install the gate. They would come one day and dig a hole.. then we would not hear from them for days- weeks before digging another hole, etc. Something that should have been completed inside of one week at the most took a month! We have a dog so it was troubling keeping the dog contained while we had no fence/gate.
- He would never call us back - never. He had our number in his phone and was avoiding our calls apparently because I finally got him one time when I called from someone else's number.
- We have had the gate for one and a half years now and we have already had to have it repaired TWICE. Both times we called him but he never called back and so we had to go elsewhere to repair it.
- The paint is chipping off of it everywhere and we keep having to touch up the paint.
- Our neighbors recently put a gate in and even though we warned them of this company's poor service, they wanted his number anyway so they could save money. They had a similar experience - it took way too long and the guy never called them back. We told our neighbors "told you so".
