Called Pete 7:15 Monday morning he was there by 9:30 that same Morning. He assessed what needed to be done. He wrote up a price telling exactly what he was going to do with parts numbers and everything.  Tuesday it was installed Wednesday he came by and inspected the work. His bid is what he charged no surprises. I have dealt with this man and company on several A/C projects in my home always with the same result.  He is my go to guy for my A/C and heat.  I have seen results in my monthly electric bills.

Excellent response time when I called, Pete called me back and followed up promptly.  Offered a FREE ESTIMATE with no service charge for coming the first time (something others do not offer, even though their services list "Free Estimate").  I live in the Katy area, and his service was prompt and excellent.

Pete was good at explaining and showing me what was needed for my a/c unit. In the end we were so pleased with his honesty and integrity  we decided to replace both units. he also re-worked our duct work and I have never had such balanced air as I do now.!! His Price was reasonable and he did a FABULOUS Job!!!!
