They recognized the problem faster than the other companies I had called. They seemed to know what they were doing and they were reasonably priced.

The guys from Lowe's were great. They were neat in their removal work and the installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. They let us keep the extra box of tiles, which is nice, as it is sometimes hard to match a damaged tile in the future.

Salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. Explained different features on the appliances as well.

Lowes did a great job of helping me in my home renovation. I purchased new tile for three bathrooms, three new toilets and carpeting for the rest of the house from Lowes. The men were very efficient in getting everything delivered and installed properly. The tile for the bathrooms had to go under the toilets and they were great to work with the plumber I hired. The carpeting looks great and we have had no reason to call them back as everything is perfect.

When we first went to Lowe's looking for new doors they were very helpful in selecting the doors, because we did not have any idea what we were looking for. The workers came over two days after the purchase, for installation. The old doors were constantly warping form the humidity. That should not happen with these. The workmen installed the door jams and doors in about three hours. The mess was then cleaned up before leaving. The new doors look good, and we feel safer, too.
