Description of Work: Outstanding customer service, nonpressured/relaxed, appreciate that. %off of already discounted (manufacturer closeout) mattress. Worked up terrific deal for platform bed since undecided if just going with boxspring on frame until decided what bed I wanted. Will work with you on delivery cost and accessories. One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had in a while.

 + 0 moreThe owner and his sales lady were very friendly and chatty. They told us some very valuable information about box springs that I was not aware of, as in if your box spring is in good shape, there is no need to purchase a new one. They explained that box springs are a huge up-sell at other mattress stores, and they simply consist of a cheap wood frame covered in fabric. The store owner said some people will just go to the hardware store and buy a piece of plywood to put over their existing box spring to make it stronger and more level. He even gave us two coupons for free milkshakes at a neat restored malt shop that was around the corner from the store. I would say make the drive out to Rosenburg and check this mattress store out first before you decide to go to The Dump or any other mattress store, discount or otherwise. You might be very surprised at what you learn about bedding.
Description of Work: This is a plain jane mattress store in a non-descript small strip center in Rosenburg. They had many name brands and were very helpful regarding asking questions about sleeping habits, did I sleep on my back, side, etc., and then making recommendations regarding firmness, cool gel comfort choices, etc.
