Very friendly. The tile job was suddenly scheduled and done late into the dark and rain. Some tiles were cut so there is a small awkward looking column that could have been a full tile. Grout is messy and left on tiles. Tiles do not end nicely on the deck concrete. Hot tub still leaks from behind the tile that was supposed to be repaired (the reason for the job in the first place) Some grout is peeling off as if it was just put over old grout. I am sorry the subs did such a poor job.

"We where never aware of any of these issues stated above. If the customer would have called or emailed us of any of these issues they would have been resolved right away. Since the customer never let us know the work is now out of warranty. We take pride in every job and if its not done to your satisfaction then we will fix it until you are happy."
