Custom Comfort Air

Terry performed the tune-up and inspection indoors and outdoors. He found no problems with our six-year-old air conditioning system. He was polite, did not act like he was in a hurry, and was willing to answer all our questions. We had never used Custom Comfort Air, but will use them again in the future!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. It was fine. He came to do a tune-up and he found that I was low on Freon and that the reason that it was gone was there a leak. The leak was having that part, and the part needed to be replaced. It was fine. There is no way for me to verify what they did, I don't know how much those things cost. The job was fine.

The Freon was low and 2 pounds were added. The company ordered a special filter and returned on July 18th to install it. They did very neat and clean work; did a fantastic job. I will use them again and refer to a friend.

I needed something a lot less complicated and they did what I needed in a short period of time.

Custom Comfort provided bids for 3 different AC system replacements with different efficiencies and cost. The bids were complete and lower cost than other bids we had received for comparable systems. Their staff was responsive to our questions and request for some additional information about noise levels for two different condensing units. The outside and attic installation were completed on the scheduled day. The installers were punctual and conscientious about using shoe covers when they came into the house. All the old material was removed and the new furnace unit was securely braced. Custom Comfort made a follow-up visit about 2 weeks later to check the Freon pressure and ensure that the unit was working properly. We are impressed with their work. The old unit was about 19 years old, so we decided to go ahead and replace it with a higher efficiency unit. We have another 5-ton unit that we will consider replacing net year and Custom Comfort will be our first stop.

We ended using someone else, but they were fine to deal with.

Great company, super people and all tighter as pleasant an experience can be when one is faced with spending over a thousand dollars that we had not planned on spending quite yet.

I spoke with Heather and they were very responsive. They called me back quickly and said that someone was in my area and would be able to come to my house this morning. Everytime I spoke with rep the price was increasing and increasing until he said I need a new Air condition unit

They were excellent - that was an excellent big deal. They were very prompt and they did everything that I paid them for and everything else that I needed them to do. They were excellent and did not overcharge me at all. The guy was so nice; he said he was not going to charge me for anything that I don't need. This is a new house but I still wanted it checked, and the only thing he found was a valve that needed to be put in. If anybody were to ask me if I know any air conditioning people I'm going to give out their name.

Cody and his team was a pleasure to work with. Carl and his team arrived on time and were very professoinal and answer all my questions and did a great job! Carl did a followup visit and made adjustments to my satisfication! Will recommend them to my friends!
