I'm still using them. Nothing has changed, they're still very good. They come twice a month. They're due back on the 30th. They do an excellent job. I've been really happy with them. It's set up where they come out every other week every Friday.

I've been using this company for about 7 years, in two different houses in which we have lived. Matt, the person I deal most with, is always willing to work with me if I need to reschedule. I requested a certain cleaning crew and that is the one I get, and Matt made sure to help me find a slot on their schedule that works with mine. If they break something, Matt replaces it. If I get home and something was missed, the crew comes back out that day or the next and makes it right. The pricing for our area is usually high, but I believe what I am charged for a 3 BR, 1.5 bath house is fair and reasonable ($113 incl. tax) on a cleaning schedule of every two weeks. If the ladies are running early or late, I will usually get a phone call about it.  If they are running late, it's usually because a new cleaning job required their extremely thorough first cleaning, and they never know what they will find until they get there.  I always get the same things done every week, so I don't know if the company uses a rotation-type cleaning schedule like most cleaning companies. I've asked Matt to email me the invoice each time, but you can leave a check for them.  The itemized bill is always left on a table so you can see what they've done that day. Overall, I am very pleased with this company and recommend them without hesitation.

They are fairly prompt at returning calls.

I have been using the company for about 8 years. I think their pricing is high but they do an excellent job. Their pricing has gone up since I stared using them. At least 2-3 cleaners come out to clean the entire house. They clean 4 bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. There was a period of time I did not use the upstairs much and the pricing did not change during that time. If they ever break anything they will leave a note about t it. Hey are very honest and trustworthy. The cleaners are fast and thorough. They respond quickly and are happy to go over anything I need.

They never sent the same cleaning crew. Never knew if the crew was going to be good or bad.

I have used this company for many years.  My first experience was fantastic so I used them again.  I have only used them for a complete deep (spring clean) clean for my home.  The second experience was very poor.  I called them back and they sent out the same crew to redo the job.  That was very uncomfortable as I had to point out to the crew all the things they missed (no dusting at all in 3 rooms, over 1/2 the house the baseboards were not touched, fans not cleaned, etc..).  They did such as fantastic job the first time, I wanted to give them another chance.  My third time was better, but the company is so inconsistent.  The last time I used them the job was worse than my second time.  No pride in work from some of their crews.  So disappointed as it is an expensive service.

We have used this service multiple times in the past few years for deep cleaning.  (we have a weekly maid)  Initially, their service was great and we felt we were getting a good cleaning at a reasonable price.  Unfortunately, the previous two times we have enlisted their service, it has really been terrible.  In fact, on both occasions, we had to call the manager at their office location, and had crews RETURN to the house to finish the job.  I can maybe understand once, but not twice.  When you factor the time, expense, scheduling hassles, and overall aggravation of having to this twice, we will not provide them a third chance.  We are writing this to warn others that their service has become very poor, their management unresponsive, and strongly recommend you look elsewhere. 

I called and got an estimate over the phone after answering questions about the house.  Two ladies arrived on time and went right to work.  They did a thorough cleaning upstairs, and as it got later in the day when they moved to the downstairs cleaning, they called for reinforcements.  Two more ladies showed up, and they jumped right in and continued to work hard cleaning the downstairs.  When they were finished, the place looked great!  We had cleaners before, but these folks were much more thorough.  My wife and I were very happy with the results.

I found them on Angie's List a few years ago. I grade them all A's.

My experience with the company started off really well. They for the most part sent the same two women to clean and they did a fabulous job. Then all of a sudden they sent a different crew three weeks in a row without discussing this with me. The first week my eight year old's wallet was stolen with his hard earned allowance in it. I have never had anything stolen by a cleaning lady so unfortunately I didn't believe him when I said it was stolen, I thought he just misplaced it. They also broke my daughter's blinds and didn't tell me. The next week another crew came and no problems. The third week the same crew with the problems came again and my engagement ring goes missing. Long story short, filed a police report, everyone points the finger (including me) to one particular person but she denies it and refuses to take a polygraph. She no longer works for the company. The thing that makes me so angry is she has a long history of theft and if the company would have simply done a background check they would have known not to hire her. They say they do back ground checks but they don't. She's not the only person they have hired with a criminal background either.

They were fabulous. I had them twice. They came to do a thorough cleaning and a normal cleaning. Everything about them stood out. They were nice. They worked hard. They cleaned my house better than it had ever been cleaned.

Overall, had no complaints, couple of places still had a little dust but may have been lack of guidance on my part. Will assure full understanding at next cleaning. They were pleasant and professional. They lived up to the reports that I had reviewed on Angie's list.

The initial phone conversation was professional and thorough. An estimate was given immediately and the appointment was set. The company sent 3 people who cleaned a fully furnished home that had sat empty for two years. They showed up right on time and worked steadily for 4 hours doing deep cleaning of 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. They cleaned all floors, washed bed linens, scrubbed bathrooms and baseboards, knocked down cobwebs, cleaned frig inside and out, dusted entire home. They supplied all equipment and cleaning supplies. They were energetic and professional and worked constantly the entire time they were there. When finished, the house looked and smelled great! The price matched the estimate. It was great to come home after a very long flight to a sparkling home.

Crew of two, sometimes three show up weekly to clean my house. I don't like outside mops, buckets or vacuum cleaners to be used so they use mine which is not a problem. They are always on time and I have not had any issues whatsoever with the company or the girls. There are two women who normally clean my house but when they are not available two or three others are sent. But whoever shows up always does a great job. There were a couple things that needed to be pointed out in the beginning (as is always the case when training someone on your own house and needs), there was no offense taken and are taken care of weekly.

The company's personal were very puntual, first one car arrived with two people, they started to work, couple of minutes later, another car with two more people arrived. Overall the job was well done, but the kitchen area was not as I would expect to be, I was hoping to have a clean refrigerator as there was not any dirty dishes and my kitchen is well maintained as a norm, but it never happened, also, there is an area that connects the kitchen with the living room which has a few ornaments, those were never moved to clean. Four people worked in the house for 2 hours. One of the bathrooms's bath tub was not as clean. I was expecting a phone call after services were rendered, but it never happened

This is a wonderful cleaning company. My only complaint is that I have requested several times that when they come that they are gone by 3:30. I do not like to be in their way and I have 2 dogs that are inside dogs. Sometimes they are here till 5,when we are all home by 4.********  I would have stayed with this company except I discovered several pieces of furniture that had been scratched and damaged.  I also had 2 pieces of jewelry taken.   Cancelled service in 7/2011.  I had prepaid for that month and it took me over 6 months (and 4 phone calls) to receive a refund.

This was the first time I had used this company. I was very satisfied and will be using them again.

Price quoted was price we paid. Brought a crew of 3 plus an extra - enabled the job to be done quickly and each person could focus on an area. When the crew left we called them to inform them that they had missed an area. Even though they had driven away and could have said "sorry", they turned around and came back to finish - good service.

Was originally quoted approx $185 based on the information I gave the person over the phone, which i thought was probably a bit high based on the size of my place. However, because of the reviews I went ahead. As soon as they got there, got a call stating that the size of the home is larger than i indicated and that it would take the team of 3 cleaners approx 5 hours to clean the place. The size of the house I gave them was exactly from the survey done, so they were obviously mistaken. They told me it would be another $75 for the cleaning unless I removed certain areas/rooms. I took off a bedroom that I don't plan to use, and that knocked them down a whopping $5 after all was said and done. The quality of the cleaning was fine, and the ladies seemed professional and thorough enough, i just think their estimation and pricing policies leave a lot to be desired. I will not be using them again.

My home is 6100 sq ft and the price they charge is extremely reasonable. There is a group a women that comes to clean my home. They complete the work in a timely fashion and are very respectful of my wishes. They do a fabulous job and I would recommend them highly.

They gave me an estimate over the phone and have always stuck to that estimate when they come to clean. I have used them several times over the last year and if I determine I can afford it, I will use them on a regular basis. My house is difficult to clean. We have had several children, cousins, nieces, etc. over the years who(we have allowed)to use our house as a storage and hotel and there is quite a bit of clutter left over from that. They came when they said they would and did a stellar job cleaning around a lot of junk! They did a miraculous job in my sons' rooms without throwing anything away. They bring a crew of 2 or 3, which I think our house definitely warrants. The price is a little higher than I have paid some individuals in the past, but they are quick and thorough and did a quality job for me.

They showed up on time to clean the house. They brought three people to clean the house. They went back through everything after they were don cleaning.

Four workers arrived early for appointment and completed job within 1 hour.
