This man rented a house from me (not the address in his profile).  He added some landscaping outside and a garage door at no cost, however a few months later I had to go to court to evict him.  After he left I found kicked out doors, holes in the walls, rotten food in the refridgerator, fixtures removed, huge piles of trash everywhere, and grafitti written on ALL the walls and woodwork with marking pens.  It cost several thousands of dollars to repair the damage.  There are outstanding judgements, suits, and collections against him for this.  Obviously you should not use this 'company' for any purpose.  If he has a problem with you he will destroy your house.
