He was very good. He was recommended to us by the realtor through whom we got the property. He was very friendly and very helpful. We moved our log cabin onto the property and he helped us with that although it wasn't his job. He had some equipment and helped get it into the place where it was supposed to be because the truck couldn't do it. He stayed around till it was fixed and everything and there was no extra charge for that. He is a real nice guy. His price was very reasonable.
