The estimate was done the day after we called requesting one, and when we called them back to do the job, they explained that it would be two weeks before they could start the job, but he did patch the hole that was in the roof that day. They arrived when they said they would and they completed the job when they said they would. They took care to not damage my lawn, flower beds, etc., and they cleaned up as they worked. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have roofing work done.
