I have been using Ty since at least 1999 and my girlfriend and her family (her Mom is now 103) has been using him for a lot longer than that. Ty is one of the most organized people you'd want to meet. Very professional, extremely neat and I swear he is cleaner when he leaves the house than when he comes in. Very knowledgeable and have used him for a wide variety of plumbing repairs. Very trustworthy and many years back warned us about these plastic Quest valves the buildings put into our houses that caused problems - so I replaced them BEFORE having an issue or flood. Have recommended him to many of my neighbors and they have all been pleased with his service. I am sure there are "bargain" plumber out there, but Ty is worth every penny and is a hard worker and gets it right the first time.

I phoned Ty's Plumbing on a Monday morning due to a leak under a bathroom sink. It occurred on a Friday night- as I brushed my teeth, I noticed that my feet were getting wet! I knew to shut off the water valve and wait till Monday as this was not an emergency situation.

Ty fit us into his schedule on Monday with updates so that we were not inconvenienced by waiting all day. He was able to clamp off the leak ( Home Depot told me that I would have to replace the entire faucet). He ordered a permanent part which would be available in a few weeks for the final fix.

I set up an appointment to flush the tankless hot water heater and replace the part 3 weeks later. He arrived promptly and was able to flush the tank but had the wrong part for the sink. However, the sink is fully functional and he will call in a few weeks when the correct part arrives. We have not been inconvenienced at all and the sink remains functional as the replacement part is also a plastic clamp.

He was neat, pleasant, and prompt. The work was done in a timely manner.

Ty arrived early and completed the work within the estimated time and budget. Ty saved me a lot of money by recommending the best replacement choices and explain the relative costs of the technology options. Ty is a real professional! This is the 3rd service call in the last 10 years or so and each time Ty is punctual, thorough and cost effective. If Ty takes care of it, it will not have to be done again!

I have used Ty for years and he keeps my aging plumbing working. He is the best - and cleanest!

He has his own business and takes pride in his work. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He always knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I have complete trust in him.

They fixed the problem and they told us that the water heaters are corroding and so we may need to change them. We have used them for 20 years. He is the sweetest man, he puts booties on and he doesn't want to mess up the house, and all the people who work for him are the same. He started out really small and he is now medium sized. The guy that fixed the valve is now replacing the water heater, but we have had two other guys come out previously as well.

Ty arrived early, before 8am, which was a plus for me right there. I like early service calls, rather than waiting and waiting in the and quot; window of timeand quot;. I had been specific on services needed when making the appointment and he reviewed exactly what was to be done. He had another gentleman with him and the two of them immediately set off to do the work. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Ty asked if I needed anything else done and showed and explained exactly what repairs had been done. Neat, clean, punctional, knowledgable, and right down to business. Very positive experience and I will use him again.

He is Reliable, honest and gives excellent service. I think their prices are very fair.

He cleaned up well after himself, his rates were reasonable.
