Looked great, but had problems with slope after recent rainstorms. Pergola puller eaves away from house and water drains toward house rather than away from house. Called their representative, but he hasn't returned my calls. Called the President and he had a guy come by within a few days. It's been two weeks and haven't heard anything. Left voice messages with the representative and at the office he hasn't returned my calls.
