Easy going and quickly diagnosed/fixed the problem

Diagnostic fee was charged for every appliance he looked at. The fee when we talked over the phone was a one price call out fee. As soon as he saw July Viking equipment and my nice house, all the pricing went through the roof and now he needed money for every appliance he looked at. We needed our dryer fixed asap, so we went ahead and paid it, but this guy charged me $375 for an idler pulley swap that took him 20 minutes tops plus he charged me $85 to diagnose it when Iâ m the one who told him what the problem was over the phone. He brought a regular cheap looking idler pulley and told me it was $128 when you can buy the OEM Samsung part for $46. Theyâ re $28 on Amazon for a generic version. This guy is a scammer thatâ s just taking advantage of people.

Partially fixed my fireplace, charged a lot of money, and disappeared. I do not know how to reach this person or how to complete the repair of my fireplace.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to fix the correct problem. Told me that the dryer is fine and the culprit was the duct going to the outside. We blew it out and that was it. Would definitely recommend.

Steve was surely polite and did a professional job. He struggles mightily with promptness and scheduling. He was a no show one time and seriously late for the other two appointments. He could easily be 5-star if he worked on his calendar and wrote things down.

Leaking dishwasher, they were eager to come out and work on it, changed a pump motor, and charged 325 for their time and service which seemed on par with other quotes. However, it started leaking again the next day. Have been contacting him almost daily and he does not come out and now stopped answering my texts. Out 325 and our dishwasher still does not work. Would not recommend.

Did not return to begin work.

Unable to make scheduled time, but did continuously keep in touch with me during the day. Stayed home all day for service. At 10pm asked him to come on another day. Price a little high. Did not have parts in truck, picked them up for an additional $32 trip chg. Very nice man. 1 year warranty.
