We've moved many times from California to Washington DC and now from Texas. Shelley is the best agent we've ever had! She had a positive outlook on selling our home and wanted to help us get top dollar for it. She told us how to stage the home and make small improvements that would attract buyers. She was right! The house went on the MLS at 9am and we had 2 serious offers by 6pm that evening - and the offers were above our asking price! Three weeks later the closing was completed and we moved to our next adventure in Kansas. You won't go wrong with Shelley Dudley as your agent!

Shelley is AMAZING!!!! We were introduced to Shelley by our home builder in 2004. This was a smart move on the builders part because we sold/closed on our home in 45 days (and this was during the holidays). About five years later we decided it was time to buy up again and this time around Shelley helped us with both the sale of house #2 and purchase of home #3. Selling a home can be very stressful, especially with two little kids but Shelley really helped to keep us calm. What I will remember most is how she made us feel. (I think the old saying is "People may not remember what you say but they will always remember how you made them feel!). I always felt like we were her most important client and I'm sure she has a way of making everyone feel this way. She is very professional, smart and just has a natural way to bring calm to the stressful experience of selling/ buying a home. I told my husband I would like to stay in this home longer than five years and when the opportunity presents itself we will call Shelley again.
On a side note, I referred a friend from work to Shelley. They connected but when Shelley found out that she was looking in an area nearly 40+ miles from Rockwall she referred her to someone in that area. I think that in itself speaks volumes about Shelley. She truly wants what is best for her clients!!! My friend was buying a home and one would think this would be easy money but she didn't look at it like that. She is one of a kind and I'm thankful for the long lasting relationship we've created!

We have moved many times over the past years and have never had the opportunity to work with a realtor we trusted more than Shelley. We had planned to interview 3 realtors before we picked, but once we met her it was no doubt we wanted to work with her. From the very first meeting she came prepared with everything we expected to see from an experienced realtor, overview of the current market and a possible price range. She said her goal was to help us price it right the first time. She had numerous letters from past customers and gave us a copy of all her current and recent listings and told us we could contact any of them for recommendations. I did know she was a DMagazine recognized Realtor and had read about her online, so I thought she must be credible. Plus most of all she made us very comfortable... we just liked her and felt she would be the right person to work with.

Well what we did not know is what would follow. Shelley and her assistant Adela worked as a team and totally staged our house. Wow, it helped me realize what great things could be done to a house. She provided names of people to help get those extra services, like a handyman, window cleaning, painter etc. All of them were very reasonable and did a great job. Everyone that worked with Shelley spoke very highly of her and it was not uncommon to hear she is the "best. and spoke very highly of Shelley. Shelley had a great marketing plan and we had over 25 people visit in the first 3 weeks and it was bought by someone who had seen it the first week.

Shelley is always available and responded quickly to any email or phone message. She was helpful all the way through the closing process and helped with all the details. We can honestly say this is the best experience We have ever had with a realtor. Shelley has the highest level of integrity and is totally dependable. It is with great confidence that we highly recommend anyone to use Shelley Dudley if they need to sell or buy a house. She is the BEST!!!
