Scudder took our master bath down to the studs, replacing a mildew-infested tub that had leaky pipes with a beautiful glass-enclosed shower. They also rebuilt the walls around it, retiled the floor, replaced the countertops in the adjoining sink area, and repainted all the walls and cabinets and woodwork. And they installed an exhaust fan. In our hall bath, Scudder installed an exhaust fan and new lighting, then repainted the walls and woodwork. The painter had to return a few times for surfaces he simply didn't paint on the first visit. Aside from that, Scudder's people are perfectionists who provided perfect work. They weren't the cheapest bid, but we feel like we got more than we paid for.

They're very good. They just take a long time but I think it's because they're perfectionists. The price is reasonable and they're patient. They give receipts to everything and they're honest. I'm very impressed by what they've done so far.

It was very good. He was very helpful and had good opinions. He told us "no" when he needed to tell us "no" and kept things within our budget.

They are easy to work with. They don't take on too many projects so they don't neglect you.
