Ruiz Irrigation

I have a system now that I can operate manually. For the money we paid, I should be able to operate this system automatically whether I am here at home or traveling away from home. We have a brand new control box and we have many new, sprinkler heads, but still, the system will not operate automatically Without more attention. I would have liked it. Had the installer seen to it that everything operated as it should. I don not like to have an installer. Tell me that what I need to do is get in contact with the control center and get all of this hooked up. That is what I paid him to do. I am sure this is a good system. I would just have enjoyed it a whole lot more have the installer seen to it that it was operating properly before he left.

An absolutely fantastic business (and we love the name). The owner, Jesus, was/is a pleasure to do business with; we are planning two additional jobs with him. Overall, The Irrigator Zone provided an Excellent Customer Experience.

The young man came out the same day and fixed the leaK - very knowlegable however was supposed to come back on Friday 6/30 to finish the work. He did not show or call. When I callled them, he told me that they would not be able to come back and would put me on the schedule for first thing Monday 7/3. I sent them a text on Sunday 7/2 to confirm my appoitment with no response. It is now Monday 7/3 and I still have not seen or heard from them - very disappointed!. NOT RELIABLE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Jesus did a great job identifying all heads that needed to be replaced. I will definitely use them again.

poor work by any standard! I I ask for new sprinkler system in the flowerbeds to replace drip lines so I could add flowers and he added some new sprinkler heads and then several weeks later when I go to work in my flower bed the new what should be under ground lines were covers by leaves and or just a little dirt . Yes less dirt than my old drip lines. Ià ¢à  à  ve called and texted to have him fix but he want respond at alll. I sent him pictures and everything No telling what the rat of the system is ! Thanks a lot! Ruiz Irrigation! Just fix your work!!!!!
