Dave did the work beyond our expectations and added a few little extras at no cost to insure the job was done to last and to make things look even better than promised. I have used him for several other projects and this is just the way he works. I recommend him with no reservations at all if you want the job done correctly and to your complete satisfaction.

I can not imagine a better experience. This is the third time I have used Dave and I will use no one else. We tell him what we would like and he draws on his experience and knowledge to offer suggestions that give us the best possible outcome. We love the results.

The bathroom looks brand new. Dave is a perfectionist, is always prompt and professional.

It could not have gone any better. This is the second time we have used Dave. He is friendly, neat, fair, clean, honest, and a bit of a perfectionist. His bid was for his finished work and he stuck with his bid even though he kept seeing flaws in his work that even my wife did not see. He did not stop until it was perfect. If you want it cheap and quick look elsewhere. If you want to be proud of the outcome for years without being over charged I would call Dave. In fact we have already called him to come back and do some other work for us this fall.

I then asked him to send me the invoice for the lumber. I wrote a note to his partner and asked for a copy and never received it (this was for about $600 or $700 worth of material). Since I never heard from them I emailed her and she said she never got my email. I then called a few times to get the invoice and have never heard back! This is really aggravating because with everything else they were professional. To me, this seems like a very simple thing to do and I don't understand why they can't take care of it. At this point I don't know if I would use them again in the future because I don't know if they are dependable or not.

Overall, the job was exceptional. He arrived on time, did the job for the estimate value, and left the work area clean. He took half a day, and we thought the $200 was a great bargain.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. Offered suggestions to reduce cost. I was pleased with his professionalism.

He was very prompt and punctual. when I first called them, they said it would be two weeks away. I really needed teh work done before the 7th. They had a cancellation and came in last Monday. He was great. He left everything very clean. He asked about vacuum cleaners for when he might make a mess. Everything was tip top shape and even made friends with the dog. Everything I asked plus more!

David Ruff was very comfortable to work with and we really appreciated his expertise which saved us some money. When we did encounter a scheduling problem; one of those freakish, once-in-a-lifetime things - it was handled very professionally. In fact, it increased my confidence in doing business with Ruff Renovations because of the way it was handled. The work is professional, very reasonable in price for what was originally quoted and the area was left clean.

It was great. His quality of work and his price were exceptional. We also called lot of people who would not do the job because it was not big enough. We had another vendor give a quote that was so much higher. Dave did a fantastic job and worked late to get the work done. He had a wonderful attitude and cleaned up after himself. He was an overall pleasure to work with. He did such a good job we tipped him $50.

I was very pleased with the work done. Dave was prompt and courteous. He did good quality work at a reasonable price.

DAVE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED, COMPLETED WORK QUICKLY AND NEATLY.
