To say I am impressed is putting it mildly. I have had several bad experiences with doctors in the Dallas area since I moved here 10 years ago, quit going to one last year after she kept me sick with various medications for several years and was at my wits end surfing the net, making phone calls, etc, trying to find another doctor but getting no where. Then I ended up with a sore on my leg that quickly exploded and covered the whole front of the leg and seemed to be spreading quickly. My husband said he thought it was Cellulitis and suggested we go to a satellite ER that Presbyterian Rockwall has in north Rockwall so we headed that way on Aug 3rd. I have been in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices since I was 3 and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were taken right back to a room in the ER where they started gathering information, then Dr Trent Stephenson came in, tests were run, he explained everything to me ~ took the time to discuss what I was dealing with and recommended Dr Patel since I was having so much trouble trying to find a good doctor. We saw Dr Patel on Aug 7th, 9th and the 14th, never had to wait long in the waiting room and everyone has been super great to accommodate my problems with my post polio. Dr Patel is very friendly and helpful, put me at ease right away but what impressed me most about her is she was quick to say if she didn't know how to treat a problem, she sent her patients to someone who could help them. The doctor I had in Ohio was good that way but the one I quit last summer in Dallas wasn't and was quick to put blame on the patient when things didn't improve. Dr Patel listened patiently and will be my doctor from here on out as long as I'm in TX. I give her 10 Stars and would highly recommend her if anyone needs a doctor. She's not real close to where we live but it's worth the drive to finally find a good doctor !!!!
