Mike Parks of Parks Electric estimated it would take an hour to sort this out and gave me a quote of $75. He was able to provide the estimate over the phone. Now, it was a pretty straightforward job (not fair to ask him to quote by phone a complex project and hold his feet to the fire on the quote!) - and we agreed that if it was more complicated than I indicated he may have to adjust his quote.
He arrived on time. He was helpful and professional. He said there was some non-standard wiring going on and fixed it. He completed the job within the estimated hour and charged what he quoted - no surprises! Everything works great.
I will use Parks Electric again. Thanks Mike! Great job!
