I can't say enough how lucky my husband and I were to have had Elizabeth as a real estate agent. She helped us sell and buy two homes within 5 weeks. She was honest, knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with, and worked with the highest integrity. It is hard to find a real estate agent that makes you feel like you are their only client.
Elizabeth is very personable and respectful. She understood we both had two very demanding careers that didn't allow us to take time off work and limited our personal phone time. We really appreciated the fact that she reviewed our paperwork almost immediately and told us if we missed signing a page or missed providing important information. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we responded to offers and form due dates, when necessary. Though we were not first-time buyers, we still needed a refresher on the steps necessary to buying and selling a house. She walked us through everything and remained patient with us if we asked her to explain it to us again later. If Elizabeth didn't answer her phone immediately, she would return it almost immediately. 
Elizabeth worked diligently preparing our home for the market. She did a walk-through, helped us hire a photographer, and researched a fair market price for our home. We had our first offer within 36 hours. We accepted an offer within 72 hours of having it listed on MLS. She helped us negotiate a reasonable price on our new home. Through the entire process, we felt Elizabeth was being very honest. She was more concerned about our needs versus receiving a better commission.
