They sent me a quote without seeing what had already been done. They told me that the shower would have to be completely demolished before they could redo it. Since the demolition had been done, I asked for the quote to be itemized so that I could see it broken down. They opened the wall to look at the plumbing and I did the tile removal. They have responded to me but yet provided an itemized quote. They seemed nice when I spoke with them, but since they didn't respond to me, they may have other jobs that they prioritized above mine.
