WHEN I CONTACTED MICKEY I WAS ALREADY BEHIND A YEAR IN STARTING CONSTRUCTION DUE TO INACTION OF OTHER PARTIES. WITHIN 3 WEEKS MICKEY WAS BREAKING GROUND AND STARTING THE HOME.I FOUND MICKEY TO BE OF THE HIGHEST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY A PERSON CAN BE. MICKEY'S SUBS HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE WORKING RELATIONSHIP AMONG THEM IS AMAZING. MICKEY IS A PERFECTIONIST AND EXTRACTS THAT FROM HIS SUBS. MICKEY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS TRADE AND MADE VERY GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLANS. I NOT ONLY ENDED UP WITH A LOVELY HOME, BUT GAINED A VERY GOOD FRIEND. I HAVE HAD 4 OTHER HOMES BUILT OVER 30+ YEARS AND THIS ONE WAS THE SMOOTHEST EVER. I WOULD RECOMMEND MICKEY LUTTRELL CONSTRUCTION TO EVERYONE WITH HIGHEST REGARDS.
