Great service for a reasonable price.  Called on Thursday to request service and they were out before noon the following day.  I had three different things that needed repairing, and the technician, Ashton, completed everything in less than two hours.  He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.  I will definitely use Master's Touch Plumbing Company for all of my future plumbing repairs.  

I've used Bob and his crew many times over the past dozen years. Always professional top-notch service at a reasonable price. In the past they have done small stuff, replaced my water heater, replaced faucets, fixed a broken main water line to house and did plumbing on a new addition for me.

I knew I needed him again when doing a load of laundry flooded the kitchen sink and out onto the floor. The drain was clogged somewhere past the kitchen sink. I called, he was in the neighborhood and was able to come by almost right away. 100% cleared.

What else can I say? He's there when I need him and I wouldn't call anyone else.

Ashton was the name of the young man who did the work (I'm 74 so everyone is young). He was very professional. He did an excellent job of installing, he cleaned up when he was done and even took the old toilet away. I was impressed by his skill and the way he went about doing the job. When he was finished I asked him to take a look at a leak in the kitchen. He fixed it in less han 10 minutes. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the price. I will always call Master's Touch when I have a plumbing problem and I highly recommend them.

GREAT !! Very professional, punctual , and helpful. We will be using them again for our future projects. Ashton was our plumber and he could not have been more efficient or nicer. He answered all questions and even offered advice on future projects. It was a muddy day and he was careful not to track mud into the house. We will recommend them to our friends.

Saved us a lot of money! Alternative was $5K more to dig under the house.

Bob has been under a mobile home in freezing January weather, laying in mud fixing pipes for someone else and has taken my call. Big freeze in Dallas then and he was backed up for days. He took the time to tell me what to go buy, where to get it and how to fix a burst pipe myself.

Another time as we were just leaving town for a 4 day weekend I noticed water dripping from the garage ceiling. We were literally getting in the car. The water heater had rusted through. Bob was there within the hour and had a new hot water tank installed within 3 hours. Saved our trip.

I'm pleased that they show up when asked and do the job right. It seems to be pretty rare for contractors these days.

Master's Touch Plumbing Co. is honest and prompt, and I have been using them for fifteen years. He is not the cheapest one but probably the best one. I would recommend him to others and definitely would use them in the future.

He is really good. He just took care of everything and everything is working fine. He fixed our sinks and all our toilets and only charged us $100. That was awesome. He is fairly young, and he said he has been in the business for thirty-seven years, but I guess he started when he was seventeen working in plumbing. He actually answered the phone when I called. That hardly ever happens when you call a company. He made an appointment and came out just in a couple of days. He took care of everything. He knew exactly what he was doing. He knew exactly what was wrong. He looked at the toilets and someone had put in a wrong part in all of the toilets that did not help with the flushing. It was the wrong part for some reason. He changed up all the parts in all three bathrooms. Because it had not been flushing as it was supposed to, he did kind of roto-rooted it. Then, all of our sinks would not drain. This is a fairly new house so I do not know what was going on. He said that the part in the sink where the little thing is hooked-up to the drain was not working right because the sink is too thick. So, he unhooked that on all the sinks, and the drains are working. He just fixed everything. It did not take him very long and did not charge very much. He is the only guy we would call.

We didn't have an appointment time, they fit us into the same day we called. Our water pipe split at the hose fitting. Mitch was able to remove and replace about 8 inches of pipe, re-mortar around the brick and clean up. A quick job but one we wouldn't be able to do ourselves.

They were prompt and responsive. I called when my kitchen faucet pressure was so low I could hardly use it. They fixed the problem.

We originally had Bob Cruz come look at a drain that broken, while there we had him clean slow running drains. He was on time, very nice, very professional and helpful. But...When called later to get an estimate, it took a very long time for him to get back to me, after several calls, came to give estimate, was told he would send estimate. Never got estimate, had to make several calls to get in touch.
Also had called after this to get an outside leak fixed, was told he would be by to fix, he never showed after waiting all day with a leaking pipe and did not answer when called, and never called me back. Communication seriously lacking, would not use again after that, everyone's time is valuable and I've found from using Angie's list, there are others out there who will show up and call you back when they say they will.

They came out for a drain cleaning. They did a very good job. The prices are reasonable. I have used their sevices a few different times for additional plumbing and dain cleaning. They have also replaced my kitchen faucet in the past. I highly recommend their services.

We have had several repairs performed by Masters Touch in the past. One included replacement of a kitchen faucet. The last repair was to replace two water heaters, 3 toilets and the same kitchen faucet, again. The first plumber did not express any concern about the brand or make of the first kitchen faucet we had him install. However, that faucet really never worked well, the water pressure was really lousy compared to the old faucet and other faucets in the house. When we had a different employee out to do the hot water heater/toilet job, he said that the brand of kitchen faucet installed was not a very good one. So we asked him to pick out a replacement and install it. All the work that he did was excellent. However, we were not happy that the first plumber had not told us the faucet wasn't a good choice or that he didn't know it wasn't. That was money literally down the drain. So feeling leery of selecting our own new bathroom faucet fixtures we called the main number to schedule having them replaced and to ask advice on how to pick out the best faucets. The owner himself answered the phone; apparently the main number was forwarded to his cell phone. He was in the middle of another job and was very short and impatient. We didn't get all of our questions answered and had to call back. All in all, both of those conversations with him left us with the feeling of a very unprofessionally run company especially considering our previous uneven experience with the kitchen faucet. Because of the unprofessional and discourteous way the phone calls were handled, we decided to use another plumbing company that we found via Angie's List. We no longer recommend this company to our friends and won't use them again.

Honestly, they have done so many things for me. I could never give an actual price. They have unclogged my sewage, unclogged drained and even installed a toilet for us. I have lived here for twenty years and have been using them since. They are absolutely great at what they do. I even called someone else one time and they messed everything up. Therefore, I continue to stick with Master's.
