Maid It Myself

I must say Maid It Myself did an amazing job! The girls were very good and they had attention to detail, which is good. They cleaned all floor (tile/carpet) my rental property is only 2000sq and is a one story, all windows cleaned, they dusted, cleaned inside pantry, inside cabinets and ledges. They also cleaned the inside of my fridge and inside oven and the top of oven were all the extra grease was. To get the carpet washed it was an extra charge but it was worth every penny.
They also disinfected all of the restrooms and kitchen area. They also work with a Lawn Care Company but at the time I did not need it so I did not go into too much detail for pricing but it sound convenient.
The girls only did inside the house work other than wiping the outside of my windows down. All dust and cobwebs and ceiling fans window sills doors everything and when I say EVERYTHING was touched that was agreed upon! I am very satisfied I am in the process of buying two other homes for rental in the Rockwall area and I will defiantly be hiring them again they were on time and had all of their supplies very prepared, I left for the day and came back 4hours later and they were almost done which I was impressed especially with the attention to detail.
From what the girls told me this is a Family Owned Business, and they work on "Make-Ready" homes they clean New homes to be showed and foreclosures, and rental properties "Move-In and Move Out" , they were prepared with a compressor but there was no need at my home the electricity was still on and water was running.
All and all I was very impressed and I will be hiring them again soon, I love the attention to detail the promptness and time that it was done in worth every penny. I am not big on writing reviews but I thought this would come in handy for anyone contractor or realtor looking for good cleaning at a reasonable price.
