When Lawn Doctor called on 3/25/19 to discuss the job they were advised that there was an in ground pool in the back yard, and that the property has a sprinkler system. They brought flags on 3/25/19 for me to mark my sprinkler heads which gave them an opportunity to view the front yard. On 3/27/19, Lawn Doctor employees used an aeration machine that appeared to be too large for my yard. They appeared as though they could not control the machine and particularly the right side of my front yard which is sloped was barely aerated, and around the tree was minimally aerated. They did not aerate the back yard at all because they couldn?t fit the machine through my gate and over my pool deck steps. They still only took off $15 from the total price. I was not satisfied with their service. It was a waste of $100.

"I was glad when we spoke after the aeration that you let me know your issues. I did offer to further reduce the price. As you are aware the lawn is very steep and was nearly impossible to service. Again we were happy to reduce the price which you refused. I hope you are still able to get the lawn you desire. thanks for your time."
