We had a Jump Sport trampoline that we had purchased. We moved from a house in plano. The moving company we used contracted with a different company from jumpy Joey. I wish I knew who that company was because they were AWEFUL! Called jumpy Joey and he responded right away! Did not want the other company coming back out to reassemble! Granted, these trampolines are a bit more heavy duty than your typical trampoline, but if that is what you do for a living (assembling trampolines) you should know what you are doing, right? Jumpy Joey sure did! He had it put back together in less time than it took the other company to take down. He called said he was on his way and got right to work. Even replaced some cables for us for free. Would highly recommend using him! Very courteous as well
