Not a serious problem or problems, but several items needed to be looked at. The owner meets the customers, will give you an honest estimate or tell you what not to proceed with. We are long time customers with a variety of vehicles. Mr Jackson always tries to find the best parts for the lowest price.

The quality of the work was good, but they really over-charged us. He billed us an hour for labor on each specific piece he had worked on. The car was only there for 2 hours, but he charged us for four hours of labor.

Jackson Automotive stand by their word, and they are extremely honest. Their price is a little high, but they only use OEM parts.

He is honest, competent, courteous and his prices are very reasonable. He really talks to you, understands you and does what you need, not what he needs. If you're strapped for money, he will recommend parts from the junk yard to save money. He will inform you of assistance programs if you have a low income. I've never had a garage repair shop be so honest. This guy is just really over the top!
