We recently moved to Sunnyvale TX and while we were shopping for homes we visited Honda Cars of Rockwall to take a look at the cars for a future purchase. We were lucky to get Michael Burk as our sales consultant. Even though he knew that we were not buying a car that day he was very attentive and showed us the cars we wanted to see and even took us on a test drive of the Odyssey. After that day he kept in touch with us and when we had a date for the closing of the house he scheduled an appointment for us the day after. Again, the day of our appointment he was very attentive and made sure that our kids and us were comfortable. Even though there were no Civics in stock that day (which was the car I originally wanted for myself) he gave me all the options available and gave me a good deal on a sweet Accord. The paperwork took most of the day (it was 2 cars after all) but this was not his fault and he took great care of us during the whole process. Even after the purchase he has been in constant cummunication with us for the installation of some accessories and took care of every detail. It is obvious to me that customer satisfaction is his primary goal. I went to John Eagle Honda to look for a new car. They assigned me to Michael Burk. I thought that Mr. Burk was very helpful and honest. Car salesmen often have a bad reputation. However, Mr. Burk put me at ease and helped me make a decision on what car would best work for me. I actually lost my car keys (it was a rental car) on the day that I bought my new car. Mr. Burk went above and beyond the call of duty and spent a long time searching for my keys--it turned out that they had fallen out of my pocket when I test drove one of the cars.
