The materials are worth it.   Their price seem to be pretty good.

I love Home Depot. I don't normally shop at this particular store unless I am in that area. However, the few times I have shopped at this store, I have received nothing but great customer service!

The installation went very well. The crew replaced the door and installed a new garage door opener. They were on-time (showed up within the window of time given), courteous, quick, and provided instructions for the operation of the door opener. They cleaned up the area they worked in before they left. I always expect a company to perform the repairs as contracted but am hopeful they clean up but that's not always the case. These guys did a great job and I'd use them again as well as recommend them.

We contacted Home Depot who sent a sales rep, Mike, to measure our windows and give us a quote. We obtained three quotes to replace our 31 Aluminum frame windows with vinyl windows. All three companies sent out a salesperson that measured the windows, provided a description of the replacement windows and showed us a sample of the windows. All were polite and seemed to be reasonably knowledgeable about their windows. They all offered low E (emissivity) glass with an inert gas (Argon) between the double panes. Screens are included. All offered lifetime warranty and free glass breakage replacement. Home Depot only covers glass breakage on double hung windows and not single hung windows. Home Depot installs a private label Simonton window, but is essentially the same as the Simonton Reflections 5500 line. The Simonton window is a more durable and, thus more expensive window compared to those offered by the other two contractors, although this doesn t explain the high quote from Home Depot. Lastly, Home Depot does not install window sills. The Home Depot salesperson only gave us an oral quote (no written quote) and at the end of his visit spent about 10 minutes attempting to convince my wife and me to make a decision before he left. It appeared to us that Home Depot was way out of line with the cost and, thus, we did not hire them. ($23,500)

I WASN'T SURE WHAT EXACTLY I WANTED. SO AFTER THE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES ASSOCIATE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING THEY HAD TO OFFER, I FOUND THE ONE I WANTED.

I LOVED THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION.

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THAT MADE IT EASY TO PICK OUT A NEW WASHER. MY WASHER WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE.

THE GUYS WERE ON TIME AND VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY DOOR.

WE GOT A NEW FENCE NOT TOO LONG AGO. THEY WERE ON TIME AND NICE.
