Our AC guy was really good and very professional. He's very thorough. He came out and re-ran a thermostat line for us that had been broken by our plumbers for free. He showed up within 15 minutes. He came right over and secured it for us. He's done a lot of stuff that he didn't have to do.

AC went out and it was hot and muggy! Darren arrived shortly after our call and very swiftly diagnosed our problem. He knows his stuff. He gave us several options and explained in terms we could understand why the replacement option was the best one for us to go with. Our unit was installed the next morning and our home has never felt cooler. The unit is also much quieter than before. Darren and his team were very courteous, putting drop clothes over our stuff to minimize any debris. Very satisfied and plan on using Holbrook Mechanical to perform ALL our AC maintenance in the future. We already refered them to our neighbors.

Daren arrived on time and immediately went to work. The work was completed professionally and efficiently.I have been a residential customer of Holbrook Mechanical since 2009. My home contains 5 aging A/C units. I was told by my prior A/C company that these units would fail in short order and that I needed to replace them immediately at a cost of many thousands of dollars. That was 4 years ago. I then promptly canceled my service agreement with the large A/C company and hired Daren (Holbrook Mechanical). Since then, he has worked to keep my systems running well, at a very reasonable fee. His work has been consistently professional, honest and fairly priced. I have been very pleased with Holbrook Mechanical and would recommend this company highly!
