A gentleman from the Company showed up in response to a request for an estimate of roof damages from the prior day's storm.
He arrived at approximately the time scheduled, and walked around the house looking at the roof from the ground. He then
stated he could not actually go up on the roof as he had no ladder with him. He advised he would have to have someone else
come give us an estimate. He said he would call later that afternoon and let us know when someone would come out. He never
did call back. On Friday morning two days later at a few minutes after 9 when another company was now scheduled to do repairs,
a man who said he worked for Griffith had a ladder in our front garden bed at a precarious angle against the roof and was about to
climb on the roof. He appeared to be a repairman. He was asked who he worked for and he said "Griffith" He was told no estimate was ever given nor were we ever called back and we had someone coming to do the repairs. He packed his ladder and left. We never did hear back or receive a call from Griffith Roofing.

They did an excellent job and we have had no problems in the 6 months since the repairs were performed.

He was curtious and prompt with giving us an estimate.  Once we decided to use Griffith Roofing he had his crews out replacing my roof within a couple of days.  They did an awesome job! They cleaned up all of their mess and didn't damage to my yard or my plants.

I didn't use their services.

They gave a fairly competitive price but overall I would give them a D.

Great company.  Happy to use them again.  Discussed repairs prior to staring, adhered to scope of project.  Quick, Efficient.  Reliable.

Griffith Roofing sent out an estimator who was on time an brought several good samples for us to choose from.  
He gave us the estimate and worked with our Insurance company to work out the details.  This was great because we did not have to coordinate with multiple people.
Their workers were prompt and courteous and did a great job.  They cleaned up everyday after their work to make sure there was no debris around the house. 
They finished the job on schedule and budget.
Nice work.

Kurt Ratliff was the roofing rep from Griffith. He made everything work out very well for us.

I am very pleased with Griffith Roofing because I had two other roofing companies come out to do the service before I called Griffith with no positive outcome. The first roofing company's representative said doing the repair was beyond the expertise of his company. He suggested that I call Griffith Roofing. The second roofing company's representative came out and promised to do a water test, but he never called me back to do the test. I could not reach the representative on his telephone to set up the test. Frustrated, I called Griffith Roofing, and the representative's team took about a half a day to do the repair. His team re-roofed a portion of the house and installed a new flange around the chimney. The day after his team did the repair, we had about three inches of rain, and the roof did not leak whatsoever.
